The role of Field Sales and Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru is a full-time on-site position. As the individual in this role, you will be tasked with formulating and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, seeking out potential leads, presenting products and services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales team to devise growth strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. To excel in this position, you should possess a Degree/Diploma along with skills in Sales Strategies, Lead Prospecting, and Contract Negotiation. Experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management is essential, as is proficiency in Market Research and Performance Reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are a must, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of meeting sales targets is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, and any experience in the technology industry would be considered advantageous.,
