Job Description

You will be working as a Field Relationship Manager in the Bancassurance channel, serving as a Team Leader in Thrivandrum & Kannur with a CTC of 6 LPA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sales & Business Development: - Generate life insurance business from partnered bank branches. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Source new business by meeting customers at the bank branch, explaining products, and addressing queries. - Relationship Management: - Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and bank customers. - Train and motivate bank staff to generate leads and refer customers. - Ensure regular engagement with bank branch teams for sustained business flow. - Customer Servicing: - Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers. - Assist customers with policy details, documentation, and claims-related services. - Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers. - Team Handling & Coordination: - Train bank employees on insurance products, processes, and updates. - Coordinate between bank branches and the insurance company for business flow and issue resolution. - Compliance & Reporting: - Adhere to all regulatory and company policies. - Maintain proper documentation and reports of sales and customer interactions. Key Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong relationship management abilities. - Sales and target-driven mindset. - Knowledge of insurance products and the BFSI sector. - Good understanding of bank operations and customer behavior. To be eligible for this role, you must: - Education: Must be a Graduate. - Experience: 4 to 5 years in Insurance Agency channel or Direct marketing in Insurance. - Age: Typically up to 37 years. This is a Full-time position with a day shift schedule. Experience in Agency Sales or Virtual Sales in Insurance for at least 3 years is preferred.
