Field Relationship Manager (FRM)

As a Field Relationship Manager in the Bancassurance channel, located in Thrivandrum & Kannur, your role as a Team Leader involves generating life insurance business from partnered bank branches. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, sourcing new business by engaging with customers at bank branches, and addressing their queries. Maintaining strong relationships with branch staff and customers is essential, along with training and motivating bank employees to generate leads. Regular engagement with bank branch teams is crucial for ensuring sustained business flow. Providing pre- and post-sales support to customers, assisting them with policy details, documentation, and claims-related services, is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to train bank employees on insurance products, processes, and updates. Coordinating between bank branches and the insurance company for business flow and issue resolution is essential. Adherence to all regulatory and company policies, as well as maintaining proper documentation and reports of sales and customer interactions, is a key aspect of this role. Key skills required for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong relationship management abilities, a sales and target-driven mindset, knowledge of insurance products and the BFSI sector, and a good understanding of bank operations and customer behavior. To be eligible for this role, you must be a graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience in the Insurance Agency channel or Direct marketing in Insurance. The usual age limit is up to 37 years, and experience in VRM/Retention can also be considered. This is a full-time position with day shift timings.
