As a Field Recruiter for Guwahati, your responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, and hiring delivery boys through field activities and local networks. You will be expected to effectively manage rider issues, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure rider sustainability, and communicate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations. Fluency in the local language of the city you are applying for is a prerequisite for this role. Additionally, you will be required to develop strategies for increasing capacity across the state and must be available for an immediate start. The salary for this position is up to 20000, inclusive of incentives and travel allowance. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
