Field Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Field Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions by conducting field visits and engaging with potential candidates directly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and interact with potential candidates for recruitment purposes.
• Source and identify candidates through various channels such as job fairs, local networking events, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, status updates, and interview feedback.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs and meet recruitment targets.
• Promote the company and its culture to potential candidates during field visits and other engagements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or similar roles is preferred.
• Vehicle: A bike is mandatory for traveling to different locations for field recruitment activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of local job markets and recruitment channels.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
