Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Kolkata. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. The role includes developing recruitment strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process. The Field Recruiter will also maintain and update recruitment records and reports, and provide support for employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
