Job Description

Lead field quality operations for EV batteries, chargers, and electrical systems across multiple sites.
Develop and enforce quality standards for fi eld installations, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Conduct advanced root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring fi eld failures involving electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, service, and suppliers) for problem closure through structured CAPA.
Perform technical audits of charging station installations, electrical safety compliance, and battery deployment quality.
Analyze fi eld performance data to identify quality trends, failure patterns, and systemic issues.
Drive reliability improvement projects, including design validation feedback and supplier quality escalation.
Mentor and train field engineers and service partners on inspection, safety, and troubleshooting standards.
Support certification and compliance activities (IS/IEC/UL) related to field operations.

Preferred Skills-

Experience with EV vehicle integration, testing and charging grid quality assessments.
Exposure to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems and supplier quality management.
Familiarity with software update validation and remote diagnostics processes.
Prior experience in team handling or mentoring field quality teams.
