Field Outreach Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven executive to join our admissions team, focusing on increasing enrollments for +1 and +2 grades. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record in sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students in +1 and +2 grades.
• Conduct market research to identify potential student populations and outreach opportunities.
• Organize and participate in school fairs, open houses, and community events to promote the school.

• Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, facilities, and benefits.
• Follow up with prospective students and families to address questions and concerns.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions process.
• Coordinate with feeder schools and educational consultants to increase referrals.

• Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and their families.
• Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on admissions activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Experience in digital marketing and social media outreach.
