Field Operations Specialist

As the selected candidate for this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in your respective city. - Ensuring physical verification of the property and handling the advertising of the property online. - Coordinating visits with prospective tenants, conducting property inspections, and ensuring complete handover while tenants move in or move out. - Preparing reports and coordinating with the Operations Managers. In terms of candidate requirements, you should: - Have good communication skills. - Be comfortable with travelling within the city (60-70kms 2-way) and should own a two-wheeler. - Be available for full-time commitment as no part-timers will be considered. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be driven, and identify your own success with the success of the company.
