Field Operations Specialist

As an Operations Manager at our company, your role will involve handling end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in your respective city. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring physical verification of the property and handling the advertising of the property online. - Coordinating visits with prospective tenants, conducting property inspections, and ensuring a complete handover while tenants move in or move out. - Preparing reports and coordinating with the Operations Managers. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Good communication skills. - Comfortable with traveling (60-70kms 2-way) within the city and owning a two-wheeler. - Available for full-time commitment; no part-timers will be considered. - Having an entrepreneurial mindset, being driven, and identifying your own success with the success of the company.
