Field Operations Specialist

As a Specialist Field Operations at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and executing projects efficiently. Your responsibilities will include planning installations and services, maintaining quality work standards, and upscaling existing customers. It is vital that you ensure adherence to service SLAs, resolution of issues on time, and effective coordination with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Plan installations and services effectively - Maintain high quality standards in work delivery - Utilize bench time for productive tasks to enhance company revenue and image - Coordinate efficiently with clients - Regularly engage with existing customers to keep them excited and satisfied - Conduct regular visits to customers, even in the absence of complaints, to ensure smooth operations - Take proactive actions to ensure trouble-free platform operation and provide necessary reports to customers - Strive for positive feedback from customers, aiming for high CSAT/NPS scores - Identify asset CBMs and Use Cases in existing customers to drive revenue growth - Explore additional opportunities for increasing nodes and keep an eye on competitors - Foster strong relationships with various internal teams like supply chain, sales, and product for seamless operations In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of data communication systems/processes and IoT gateways - Basic understanding of Energy Management, industrial processes, and utility systems - Familiarity with software platforms, BMS, and Cloud architecture - Proficiency in communication networking and establishing connectivity with various gateways and platforms In addition to the challenging role, you will enjoy benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
