Field Operations Executive

About the Role

Helpr is building a reliable network of verified household service partners across Hyderabad. As a Field Operations Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and supporting domestic help such as maids, cooks, and patient care staff. This is a field-intensive role requiring patience, local understanding, and strong people skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source service partners in and around assigned residential areas.
• Explain Helpr’s process, benefits, and earning opportunities to partners in the local language.
• Assist partners with app installation, profile creation, and document submission.
• Train partners on using the app for job acceptance, attendance, and payments.
• Ensure basic quality and professionalism standards during onboarding.
• Address partner queries and provide on-ground support during initial engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Telugu with the ability to communicate clearly and patiently.
• Familiar with Hyderabad localities and comfortable with daily field travel.
• Empathetic and respectful while working with service partners.
• Basic smartphone proficiency and willingness to help others use technology.

Requirements

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to work full-time in the field.
