Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand Helprs presence across gated communities in Hyderabad. This is a field-based role involving direct engagement with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Society Presidents, Secretaries, and Facility Managers to onboard communities onto the Helpr platform.

Success in this role depends on your ability to build trust with association members, secure necessary permissions, and ensure smooth society-level launches.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach premium gated communities across Hyderabad.
Present Helpr’s offering to RWA members and society decision-makers.
Address queries related to security, data privacy, and operational processes.
Secure formal approvals to operate and conduct on-ground registration activities.
Plan and execute society launch events and registration camps (primarily on weekends).
Act as the primary point of contact for societies during onboarding and launch.
Monitor competitor activity and collect resident feedback for internal reporting.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Telugu is an advantage.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Self-driven with the ability to manage field targets independently.
Prior experience in B2B field sales or RWA/community engagement preferred.
Comfortable working in a 100% field-based role.

Requirements:

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to work weekends as required for meetings and launches.
