-Conduct field visits and educational sessions with adolescent girls
-Provide mentoring support to Anganwadi workers
-Facilitate grassroots-level trainings
-Assist in training preparation

-Coordinate with stakeholders and work effectively in a team

Graduates/Post Graduate degree either in Social Work / Sociology / Public Health / Health Management
-Strong communication, coordination, and networking abilities
--Good documentation and reporting skills
-Skilled in uses of MS word and excel
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
1 to 3 years of field experience and training with good understanding of local context
- Proficiency in Gujarati; basic English knowledge preferred
Willingness to travel extensively in the Field Areas
