Field Marketing Specialist

Job Description

As our Field Marketing Specialist, you won’t be working from behind a desk. Instead, you’ll be on the ground—visiting companies, offices, event venues, wedding planners, and community leaders to present our brand and create strong business connections. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach targeted organizations, corporates, and potential B2B partners to introduce and promote our jewellery and saree offerings. Develop strategic partnerships with institutions, wedding planners, and influencers to increase brand reach and business potential. Represent the company at local events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build visibility and gather leads. Create customized business proposals and presentations based on client needs and potential collaborations. Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management with prospects and existing partners. Share regular reports and market insights with the management team. Who We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, corporate sales, or B2B business development . Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of brand promotion, client engagement, and lead generation. Comfortable with field travel and meeting new people across locations. Ability to work independently, with a results-driven attitude. Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
