Field Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit companies, institutes, and markets to promote MBA, MCA, and IT courses.
• Generate, follow up, and qualify leads for online admissions.
• Distribute marketing materials, explain course details, and create interest among potential candidates.
• Build relationships with HRs, employees, and students to maintain continuous lead flow.
• Maintain daily reporting of visits and leads generated.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing/Business/IT (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience:

  0–2 years in field marketing / lead generation.

• Must have own conveyance (Scooty / Bike).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary:

  ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
