Field Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Member or Senior Member Field Marketing in South Asia for Infosys Finacle, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing go-to-market initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, enhancing client relationships, engaging with prospects, and increasing Finacle's brand visibility in the South Asia region. With a focus on the Indian market, you will engage with various segments such as public and private sector banks, NBFCs, Small Finance Banks, and the cooperative banking community. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive custom events, digital campaigns, regional collaterals, press releases, and client visits to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing plan to support demand generation, ABM, brand visibility, and deal pursuit success in the South Asia market for Infosys Finacle solutions. - Identify market opportunities, create impactful marketing strategies, drive thought leadership initiatives, and collaborate with the PR team for media engagement. - Curate region-specific content assets, understand customer profiles, conduct market research, and support customer advocacy activities. - Monitor and report on the outcomes of marketing programs, participate in central marketing activities, events, and programs, and manage lead qualification and handover to sales. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, conferences, and industry participation. - B2B marketing expertise in demand generation, brand awareness, campaign execution, and analytics. - Proficiency in digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, data analytics, and reporting. - Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to curate compelling content. - Capability to build collaborative partnerships, work in a dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects efficiently. - Previous experience in a B2B software company, particularly in financial services, is preferred. - Conversational proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.,
