Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Map the hardware, plywood, sanitary, etc. retail universe in the Territory.
Map the potential of each retailer for the relevant category in the territory.
Map the key distributors for the relevant category in the territory.
You are responsible for meeting, giving trial at site and conversion of End User/Contractors. (Carpenters, Fabricators, Doors & Window Installers, Glass workers, etc.)
Sales inthe territory in line with the business objectives
Conduct end-user meets, demos, sampling and conversion.
Daily reporting to Business Developments Manager on daily working and other market insight.

Preferred candidate profile

1-2yearsexperienceworkingin the particular city as front-line sales executive.

Able to communicate well in Hindi, Marathi and English for Pune location.

Able to communicate well in Tamil and English for Chennai and Coimbatore locations.

Able to travel across the city limits.

Willing to work in sale drive environment.

Having a high energy level to meet with new retailer, end users and give trails.

Confident, driven & go-getter to ensure achievement of set KPIs and targets.
