Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Field Marketing Representative. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with property owners and tenants, promoting FindStay’s services, and increasing engagement with potential clients. Responsibilities include conducting market visits, implementing field marketing strategies, communicating the platform's value proposition, and gathering valuable on-the-ground feedback to refine marketing plans and grow brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Field Marketing skills, with the ability to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Excellent Relationship Building and Communication skills for engaging with clients and property owners with professionalism.
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to ensure client satisfaction and to drive tenant and property owner conversions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of the local Chandigarh market and trends is a plus.
• Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
