Job Description

As the Head of International Field Marketing at Netcore Cloud, you will play a crucial role in leading field and regional marketing efforts across international markets such as North America, Europe, SEA, MEA, and LatAm. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, demand generation campaigns, ABM programs, and event-led initiatives to drive pipeline growth, enhance brand presence, and support global sales success. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: - Define and drive the international field marketing strategy in alignment with business growth targets. - Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure marketing programs support pipeline generation and revenue outcomes. - Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration: - Create integrated campaigns (digital + offline) to generate and accelerate leads globally. - Implement targeted ABM initiatives for enterprise and strategic accounts. - Events & Field Marketing Execution: - Manage participation in global events, conferences, trade shows, and local roadshows. - Plan and execute region-specific events, workshops, and CXO roundtables. - Regional GTM Enablement: - Work closely with product marketing, content, and sales enablement teams to develop localized messaging, collaterals, and thought leadership. - Provide sales teams with tailored campaigns, playbooks, and market intelligence. - Team & Stakeholder Management: - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global field marketing team. - Oversee marketing budgets, vendors, and agency partnerships in international markets. - Analytics & Reporting: - Track, measure, and report campaign ROI, pipeline influence, and regional marketing performance. - Utilize data and insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies. Key Requirements: - 14-18+ years of overall marketing experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years in B2B SaaS/Martech. - Demonstrated success in international field marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles. - Strong grasp of global GTM motions, enterprise sales cycles, and regional nuances. - Experience managing large-scale events, sponsorships, and roadshows internationally. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.). - Willingness to travel internationally for events, customer meetings, and field engagements.
