Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Visit newly constructed residential and commercial sites to identify potential leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners, builders, architects, and contractors.
Promote our interior services to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, visiting cards) at project sites.
Record and report daily site visits, leads generated, and client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales and design team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Ability to travel locally and visit multiple sites daily.
Basic knowledge of interiors or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any field).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,890.14 - ₹15,000.00 per month
