Mape Solution

Role & responsibilities Plan, organise, and execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (roadshows, stalls, product demos, sampling etc.) in assigned territory. Identify potential leads and business opportunities through direct engagement with customers, retailers, partners. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, distributors, retail outlets, etc. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure follow up on leads generated in the field. Collect market feedback, customer insights, competitor activity, and trend data from the field; report these regularly. Achieve assigned targets (leads, footfall, conversions etc.) within the given time frame. Distribute marketing collateral and promotional material, ensuring brand consistency. Track and report on campaign performance metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, ROI etc. Manage budget/expenses for field activities; ensure cost-effectiveness. Liaise with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth execution and alignment with overall strategy. Preferred candidate profile Experience in the [industry / product type that Mape Solution deals in] (e.g. [tech / consumer goods / services]). Experience working with CRM tools, lead tracking software, or mobile field-sales apps. Fluency in local language(s) of the territory + good English (if required).
