Role of a Field Marketing Executive (FMCG Chips & Mixtures) A Field Marketing Executive acts as the link between the company and the market. Their main role is to ensure product visibility, availability, and sales growth by executing marketing activities at the ground level. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Development & Sales Support Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers to promote chips and mixtures. Ensure product placement on shelves and racks for maximum visibility. Convince shopkeepers to stock products and maintain adequate inventory. Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. 2. Product Visibility & Merchandising Install POS (Point of Sale) materials like posters, danglers, wobblers, and banners. Ensure products are displayed attractively in outlets. Monitor and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) to avoid expired stock. 3. Brand Promotion & Awareness Conduct sampling activities to introduce products to customers. Organize small promotional events (in stores, markets, schools, or fairs). Collect consumer feedback and report it to the management team. 4.
