Field Marketing Executive

As a Field Marketing Executive at the Electrical Contractor Firm specializing in Turnkey Projects and Maintenance Activities in Extra High Voltage (EHV) up to 400KV based in Nashik, Maharashtra, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting field marketing for transformer and electrical solutions. - Working primarily in Nashik & Sinner (80%) and across Maharashtra (20%). - Developing and maintaining relationships with B2B and B2C clients. - Understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions. - Planning and executing marketing strategies to generate leads. - Gathering customer feedback and reporting to management. - Analyzing competitors' products and market strategies. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales. - Experience in the electrical, transformer, or EHV industry is preferred. - Willingness to work in the field and travel as required. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to meet sales targets and generate business opportunities. The company, known for its expertise in Substation, Tower Line, and Monopole works, as well as Maintenance Services including Oil Filtration, offers a competitive salary of 50,000 - 70,000 per month (Fixed Salary) plus Travel Allowance. Additionally, benefits include cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, and work from home options. The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, with timings from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in a day shift. Hindi language proficiency is preferred for this role.
