Field Marketing Executive

*Job Title:* Field Marketing Executive *Location:* Bawal haryana *Department:* Marketing Department *Employment Type:* Full-Time | On-Site | Travel Required *Position Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Marketing Executive to support our on-ground marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts within the manufacturing sector. This role involves the execution of field marketing strategies, relationship-building with distributors, dealers, and end customers, as well as close collaboration with the sales team to increase market share and brand visibility. *Key Responsibilities:* Execute regional field marketing activities in alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy. Organize and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, product demos, and dealer meets to promote the company’s products and solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, OEMs, and industry influencers. Conduct market research to gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends. Distribute promotional materials (brochures, samples, signage, etc.) and ensure appropriate branding at partner locations. Support the sales team in lead generation, product promotion, and after-sales engagement. Monitor and report the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, including footfall, engagement, and conversion metrics. Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and strategies. *Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions. Ability to work independently with a proactive and target-driven approach. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Knowledge of industrial product markets, distribution networks, and B2B sales processes is advantageous. *Salary:* 25000-30000 with 10% Incentive of salary
