We are hiring Field Marketing Executives to expand our client base and promote our in-shop and out-shop branding services. The role involves daily field visits, client interactions, lead generation, and coordination for branding requirements. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Visit shops, outlets, and businesses to promote branding services.
Generate new client leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain service offerings such as in-shop branding, out-shop branding, signboards, stickers, banners, and installation services.
Conduct basic site assessments and share requirement details with the internal team.
Coordinate with the operations team for quotations and client follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Submit daily field visit reports and updates.

Skills & Requirements

Common Requirements (For Both Roles):

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel for on-ground visits.
Confidence in meeting clients and presenting services.
Basic understanding of branding materials (advantage).
Target-oriented and self-driven.

For Experienced Candidate:

1–2+ years of experience in field marketing/branding/printing/signage or related service industries.
Ability to independently convert leads and manage client requirements.

For Fresher:

No experience required — training will be provided.
Interest in marketing, branding, and client interaction.

Qualifications

Any degree / higher secondary acceptable.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
