Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for proactive and energetic Marketing Executives who can manage both online marketing tasks and on-ground activities. This role involves a mix of digital marketing, lead generation, client coordination, and field visits. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, eager to explore new markets, and capable of driving business growth through both online and offline efforts. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Lead Generation Execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, etc.) Identify and generate new leads via online research, networking, and outreach. Maintain and update lead databases and CRMs. Prepare promotional content in coordination with the content/design team. Field Work & Client Coordination Visit prospective clients for meetings and product presentations. Follow up with leads and convert them into qualified prospects. Assist the sales team in organizing demos, discussions, and field events. Represent the brand at on-ground events, exhibitions, or local promotions. Research & Reporting Conduct field-based market and competitor research. Collect and document customer feedback and insights. Provide regular performance and activity reports to the manager. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or business development. Willingness to travel locally for meetings and field work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of digital tools like Canva, Google Sheets, social media platforms, etc. Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
