Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to lead our insurance vertical. This role focuses on creating partnerships, designing insurance solutions aligned with contractual services, and driving insurance sales across sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to promote insurance products that complement legal and contractual service offerings. Identify opportunities to bundle legal contracts with insurance (e.g., liability, indemnity, business protection, professional insurance). Build relationships with insurers, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients. Source and close insurance deals from SME, startup, and enterprise segments. Collaborate with internal legal teams to align policy terms with contract requirements. Manage existing insurance accounts and ensure high client satisfaction and renewals. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation as per IRDAI guidelines. Generate regular MIS, sales reports, and market intelligence for management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or corporate insurance advisory. Proven track record of achieving business development targets. Strong knowledge of general and life insurance products, especially business-related policies. Experience in working with legal teams or in legal-financial ecosystems is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Bachelor's degree required; certification from IRDA or an MBA in insurance/finance is required. Job Summary: We are looking for proactive and energetic Marketing Executives who can manage both online marketing tasks and on-ground activities.
