Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:
Pestology, a growing pest control services company, is looking for an experienced Field Manager to lead and manage field operations. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of pest control services, supervise field staff, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and supervise field teams for service delivery✅ Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor daily operations✅ Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed✅ Build and maintain customer relationships✅ Report on field activities and performance metrics✅ Support team training and performance improvement

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in field management or similar role✔ Strong leadership and communication skills✔ Ability to work in outdoor environments and flexible hours✔ Problem-solving attitude and customer service orientation✔ Valid driving license preferred (but not mandatory)
