The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing security operations, conducting investigations, and managing field agents. They will ensure compliance with company protocols, provide training to security staff, and maintain client relationships. Additionally, the Field Manager will handle incident reports and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary. Qualifications Experience in Security Operations, Training, and Field Agent Management Strong investigative skills and familiarity with security protocols Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Ability to handle incident reports and coordinate with law enforcement Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field Experience in the security industry is a plus
