Position Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and responsible Field Executive to manage on-ground insurance verification, field surveys, brand protection checks, and client coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, meeting people, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with insurance and brand integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Sector Responsibilities:

• Conduct field verification, insurance-related surveys, inspections, and customer background checks.
• Visit customer locations to collect KYC documents, claim documents, policy details, and other required paperwork.
• Capture field photos, videos, and accurate notes for insurance survey reports.
• Provide real-time updates to the internal team and insurance partners.

Brand Protection Responsibilities:

• Conduct market-level brand protection checks, product authenticity verification, and compliance audits.
• Identify and report counterfeit products, unauthorised sellers, or brand misuse.
• Submit digital reports with evidence from field visits.
• Ensure brand guidelines and compliance standards are followed in the market.

General Field Work Responsibilities:

• Travel across Barasat, Kolkata, and nearby locations for daily field tasks.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain task logs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field work and submit clean, accurate reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate (Any stream).
• Must be comfortable with extensive field work.
• Good communication & customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance processes (training will be provided).
• Must know how to use smartphone, apps, GPS, and online forms.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and on time.
