Position Overview We are hiring a dynamic and responsible Field Executive to manage on-ground insurance verification, field surveys, brand protection checks, and client coordination . Key Responsibilities Insurance Sector Responsibilities: Conduct field verification , insurance-related surveys , inspections, and customer background checks. Visit customer locations to collect KYC documents, claim documents, policy details , and other required paperwork. Capture field photos, videos, and accurate notes for insurance survey reports . Provide real-time updates to the internal team and insurance partners. Brand Protection Responsibilities: Conduct market-level brand protection checks , product authenticity verification, and compliance audits. Identify and report counterfeit products, unauthorised sellers, or brand misuse . Submit digital reports with evidence from field visits. Ensure brand guidelines and compliance standards are followed in the market. General Field Work Responsibilities: Travel across Barasat, Kolkata, and nearby locations for daily field tasks. Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain task logs. Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and vendors. Ensure timely completion of assigned field work and submit clean, accurate reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate (Any stream). Must be comfortable with extensive field work . Good communication & customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of insurance processes (training will be provided).
