Field Executive

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Field Executive to assist in audit, site surveys, and measurement activities at client locations and public advertising sites. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned locations, such as client sites, public spaces, and transport hubs, to conduct marketing audits and site reconnaissance (recce). Measure spaces for banners, hoardings, and other advertising formats according to client requirements. Capture high-quality photographs of sites, installations, advertisements on buses, walls, and other surfaces for documentation and reporting. Verify the presence and condition of advertisements as per audit guidelines. Record site details, dimensions, and other relevant information accurately. Ensure timely submission of reports, images, and survey forms to the reporting manager. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure that audit schedules and requirements are met. Follow safety protocols and maintain professionalism during site visits. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. Good communication skills and basic reporting abilities. Proficiency in using smartphones or digital cameras for site photography. Ability to take accurate measurements using tools like measuring tape or laser measure. Comfortable traveling frequently and working in outdoor environments. Detail-oriented with strong observational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Familiarity with navigation tools (Google Maps, GPS) is a plus.
