Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Uttarakhand, India. The Field Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing field activities related to loan processing, collections, and customer interactions. Daily tasks include visiting clients, verifying documents, collecting payments, providing assistance with loan applications, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Ensuring timely and efficient loan processing, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and achieving sales and collection targets are key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in loan processing and collections
• Customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field conditions
• Knowledge of financial products and services offered by NBFCs
• Proficiency in local languages and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
