Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Field Executive to handle all on-ground operational tasks for our projects. The role involves visiting government departments, buyers, project sites, warehouses, and vendors; submitting tenders; receiving and dispatching material; supervising installations; and ensuring smooth field coordination across various districts and blocks of Jharkhand.

The candidate should be punctual, honest, good at communication, and comfortable with traveling regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations

• Visit different Jharkhand districts and blocks for project-related work.

• Conduct site visits where projects are ongoing and report progress.

• Coordinate with field staff, labour teams, vendors, and department officials.

• Supervise installation work, material delivery, and on-site requirements.

• Handle tender submission in various departments and offices.

Material Handling

• Oversee material dispatch to various locations.

• Receive materials and verify quality/quantity.

• Maintain proper documentation for goods received or dispatched.

Department & Client Visits

• Visit buyers, suppliers, government departments, or vendors as assigned.

• Maintain good relationships and professional communication.

Reporting & Coordination

• Provide daily updates on visits, work progress, pending tasks, and issues

• Report field challenges and work closely with the management team to resolve them.

Requirements:

• Must be punctual, honest, and responsible.

• Good conversation and communication skills.

• Ability to use smartphone, internet, WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, etc.

• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle field challenges.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Jharkhand.

• Two-wheeler and driving license (must).

• Experience in fieldwork, logistics, tender submission, or project operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
