Field Executive

The Field Executive is responsible for executing on-ground operations, maintaining relationships with clients/customers, collecting data or payments, and ensuring company policies are followed at the field level. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned area and effective communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits as per assigned routes or schedules
• Meet customers/clients to promote products or services
• Collect payments, documents, or feedback when required
• Verify customer information and complete field surveys or inspections
• Submit daily/weekly field reports to the supervisor
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with sales, operations, or support teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma / Graduate
• Proven experience in fieldwork, sales, or customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in field operations, sales, or related roles
• Freshers may apply (training provided)

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if applicable)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Familiarity with local areas and routes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
