The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building local awareness, increasing footfall, and driving business growth through direct engagement with the community and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door campaigns in assigned areas to promote the pharmacys services, offers, and health awareness programs. Visit local clinics, hospitals, and doctors to introduce our pharmacy, distribute brochures, and build long-term relationships. Generate leads and encourage customer walk-ins or home delivery sign-ups. Distribute promotional materials, collect customer feedback, and maintain accurate daily activity reports. Explain unique selling points such as free home delivery, special offers, medicine availability, and customer service support. Collaborate with the marketing team for the smooth execution of field campaigns, events, and community outreach. Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and local insights. Uphold the company’s image by presenting in a professional and trustworthy manner. Requirements: Minimum education: Plus Two or Any Degree . Prior experience in field marketing or sales (preferably in the healthcare/pharmacy sector) is an added advantage. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Energetic, physically fit, and ready for extensive fieldwork. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build instant rapport. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is highly preferred.
