Job Description

Designation : Field Sales Executive

Location: Onsite | Dwarka, New Delhi

Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Find and meet potential clients from different industries.
Generate leads through calls, field visits, meetings, and networking.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Business Development & Sales

Understand client requirements and offer suitable OOH + Digital advertising solutions.
Prepare and share sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Keep track of competitors, market trends, and new opportunities.

Campaign Coordination & Support

Work with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams during onboarding and delivery.
Solve client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

Sales & Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and field sales techniques.
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.

Communication Skills

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confidence in client meetings and relationship handling.
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.

Attitude & Growth

Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to grow in sales, marketing, and advertising.

Mandatory : Bike and driving license
