Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our growing team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through field visits and consistent follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Sales Presentations: Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective clients through meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to offer tailored solutions.
• Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement and close sales deals.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously update yourself on product features, benefits, and value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: Up to 35 years
• Gender: Male candidates preferred
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Field Sales: Prior experience in field sales or business development is an added advantage
• Mobility: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike)
• Valid driving license is required for field visits and client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
