This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Karnataka & Kerala. Field Engineers will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support and conducting field service visits. The role involves managing projects to ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues. Daily tasks include diagnosing and addressing hardware and software issues, liaising with clients to understand their technical requirements, and documenting service reports.

Qualifications

Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Field Service and Project Management
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.
