Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection:

  Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or areas requiring attention.

• Technical Assessments:

  Perform detailed technical assessments to diagnose problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Validation:

  Validate the condition and performance of vehicles post-service to ensure they meet quality standards. Taking road test if required.

• Customer Interaction:

  Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates, explain findings, and offer recommendations.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of inspections, assessments, and services performed.

• Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off:

  Safely transport vehicles to and from customer locations, ensuring timely and professional service.

• Compliance:

  Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during vehicle handling and service procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  ITI, Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

• Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Licenses:

  Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
