Job Description

You will be responsible for various tasks including collecting customer's job fault data, occasionally receiving customers for pick up/installation, making test reports, handling inward-outward job procedures, providing in & out technical support, and maintaining, servicing, repairing, and testing industrial electronics equipment such as AC DRIVES, DC DRIVES, SMPS, SERVO DRIVES, HMI, PLC, CONTROLLERS, etc. This work may involve both lab and fieldwork. Key responsibilities for this role: - Collecting customer's job fault data - Receiving customers for pick up/installation - Making test reports - Handling inward-outward job procedures - Providing in & out technical support - Maintaining, servicing, repairing, and testing industrial electronics equipment Qualifications required: - Good communication skills - Basic technical knowledge - Knowledge of components/tools - Fast learning ability - Education influencing ability - Convincing power As a full-time, permanent employee, you will benefit from health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
