Field Engineer (Electronics)

The job located in Goregaon East, Mumbai involves various responsibilities related to customer service and technical support for industrial electronics equipment. Your role will include collecting customer job fault data, handling procedures for inward-outward jobs, providing technical support for AC drives, DC drives, SMPS, servo drives, HMI, PLC, controllers, etc. You will be responsible for maintenance, servicing, repairing, and testing of industrial electronics equipment both in the lab and occasionally on the field. Additionally, you will be required to create test reports, coordinate with sales engineers and customers, and manage existing customer relationships. Strong communication skills, technical knowledge, fast learning ability, influencing skills, convincing power, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role. You should be comfortable working in a team and demonstrate a drive for achieving results. The successful candidate should be willing to work full-time on a permanent basis.
