Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai You will be responsible for collecting customer's job fault data, occasionally receiving customers for pick up/installation, making test reports, handling inward-outward job procedures, providing in & out technical support, and maintaining, servicing, repairing, and testing industrial electronics equipment such as AC DRIVES, DC DRIVES, SMPS, SERVO DRIVES, HMI, PLC, CONTROLLERS, etc. This work may take place both in the lab and sometimes in the field. You should be able to work effectively in a team, have a strong drive for result orientation, possess good computer skills including knowledge of MS Office, be competent in managing existing customers, and coordinate with Sales Engineers and customers. Additionally, you will be expected to update and maintain all reports in both soft and hard copy formats. Skills required for this role include good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, knowledge of components/tools, fast learning ability, education influencing ability, and convincing power. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
