Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Coordinator, based in Robertsganj, with some work from home acceptable. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various community development programs. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing health camps, facilitating education programs, managing tree plantation drives, conducting skill development workshops, and leading awareness campaigns. The Field Coordinator will also collaborate with local partners, ensure program implementation, and report on progress.

• Project coordination and community engagement skills
• Experience in organizing health and education programs
• Skills in environmental conservation and climate change action initiatives
• Ability to conduct workshops and training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in local languages and understanding of local cultures is a plus
• Experience in non-profit sector is beneficial
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, community development, or related fields
