Compliance: Ensure collection practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair debt collection practices. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding debts, and recovery rates. Escalation: Escalate accounts to legal or higher management when necessary, following established protocols. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to debtors by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about payment options. Reconciliation: Reconcile payments received with outstanding balances, updating records accordingly.
