Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhanbad for a Field Collection Agent. The Field Collection Agent will be responsible for debt collection and cash collection processes. Daily tasks include visiting clients to collect payments, negotiating repayment schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves reporting collection outcomes to the management team.

Qualifications

Skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Foundational knowledge in Finance
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance or related field is a plus
