Job Description

Field Collection Executive Real Estate (Only from Home Loan Collection)

Roles & Responsibilities

Visit customers for
collection of home loan , booking advances, and pending dues
.
Collect & verify
KYC documents, loan sanction papers, and property-related agreements
.
Assist customers with
home loan process coordination
between banks, NBFCs, and the company.
Ensure proper receipt issuance and timely update in
CRM/ERP systems
.
Coordinate with
finance and loan processing teams
for reconciliation.
Follow up with clients to reduce
delays, defaults, and overdue cases
.
Provide support during
site visits and customer meetings
.
Maintain strong
customer relationship and trust-building
for smooth collections.

Must have
experience in handling home loan customers and bank/NBFC documentation
