Field Area Coordinator – Health Camps & Patient Screening

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and reporting of community-based health camps and patient screening initiatives for our non-profit healthcare programs. The ideal candidate will be a socially committed professional with a Degree in Social Work, with the additional benefit of those holding an MBA or equivalent degree in health management or public administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-location health screening camps, ensuring smooth logistics and stakeholder alignment.

• Lead field teams, health workers, and volunteers, ensuring effective team management and task delegation.

• Implement and oversee MIS systems to track camp performance, patient data.

• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and local public health guidelines.

• Analyze field data and outcomes to generate advocacy reports for healthcare partners.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local government health departments, hospitals, and community leaders.

• Conduct on-site visits to monitor field execution and resolve issues in real time.

• Lead pre- and post-camp evaluations, impact assessments, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Social Work or graduation, or an MBA in Healthcare.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in health project execution, NGO programs, or public health camps.

• Strong understanding of healthcare screening practices, disease prevention, and community medicine.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Willingness to travel to field locations as required.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working with government health departments or CSR-funded programs.

• Familiarity with advocacy and policy reporting in healthcare.

• Exposure to mobile health (mHealth) technologies and digital data collection platforms.
