Provide technical support and product expertise to customers in the field, ensuring proper installation, usage, and troubleshooting of products or systems
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations, training, and post-sales support
Gather customer feedback and communicate technical issues to internal teams for product improvement
Maintain detailed records of site visits, issues resolved, and customer interactions
